Together we will regenerate embodied relationship with the land.
Julia will lead you through a ritual of guided meditation and some simple somatic practices to cultivate embodiment in relationship with the land.
Weaving together her passion for somatic healing, mindfulness, and animist / ecofeminist frameworks, Julia facilitates a session that will leave you feeling in grounded relationship with the Earth and in embodied connection with the more-than-human web of life. We will tap into the power of the breath, elements, and embodied awareness as antidotes for the disembodiment and anxiety exasperated by the culture of capitalism.
What can you expect?
These sessions are open to everyone.
If you are an activist, we can bring elements into our session that will nourish your activism and resource your service to collective liberation.
If you have any physical disabilities please let me know of your accessibility needs so that I can tailor the session to meet them.
I am not a trauma-informed practitioner.
Who is this for?

20% of proceeds from these sessions is distributed to a campaign for a Mother in need from Gaza.
